The useful difference

A readable watchlist, with context.

01 / Chronology

Changes stay with the original.

A revision this month can belong to an older permit. We distinguish existing-project changes from new applications.

02 / Evidence

Material signals stay specific.

Items highlight what the public description actually states. Missing material details remain unknown.

03 / Judgment

You decide what merits a closer look.

Use source links and dates to guide your own research. A permit does not establish an available supplier order.

Illustrative example · fictional record

A change is not always a new project.

Existing project / Revision

Office interior alteration — Toronto

Original application: May 8 · Permit issued: June 19 · Revision: October 16

Description in this fictional example: revised interior partition layout and ceiling plan.

Watchlist treatment: grouped with the original record. Partition and ceiling details warrant review; purchasing status and supplier selection are unknown.

This is a fictional demonstration, not a live lead. Actual issues link to their authorized public data source.

Clear scope. A small pilot.

Who is this for?

Independent interior-finish distributors serving Toronto office and retail projects, with an outside-sales team that performs its own project qualification. Every participant receives the same issue.

What is included?

Four weekly digests and downloadable tables. Relevant new or changed records, grouped revisions, dates, source links and explicitly stated material details. There is no minimum lead count; an issue will say if no relevant changes occur.

What remains with your team?

Contact research, plans review, estimating, project qualification and outreach. This pilot does not include custom screening, quantities, CRM integration or contact enrichment. Records are not open tenders or guarantees that materials remain unpurchased.

Delivery, refunds and support

One-time CAD $59 payment for four issues; no automatic renewal. The first issue is due within seven days after the confirmed cohort start. Full refund on request within seven days after the first issue; undelivered issues will also be refunded. Email support within two business days for source or delivery corrections, capped at ten minutes per business per week. Custom work is unavailable.
